Not much time left before I'm off to do that tour thing. Less than two days. Probably gonna be too busy until then, as I already have plans for tonight, and the rest of the time is going to be spent getting ready.
Here's the flyer for the Jersey show:
It's gonna sell out, so for all you folks that plan on going, drop me a comment and I'll let you know where to pick up tix. It's a small club and the sound is amazing there. Definitely something not to be missed.

Holy crap. I slept for 14 hours last night and the million and one scratches all over my body disappeared. Yay stasis!

|uh.. damn. o_o
Monday date postponed to sometime later in the week. In its place I managed to get in a couple of things under my belt that I'd been meaning to do for years. For one, I cleared through FFVI Sunday night. Goddamn it was awesome. The second thing that occurred late last night/this morning/today killed two birds with one stone. I should probably go and wash off the bleeding. o_O

|Ahhh haha hahahaha haha!
It's been a really long week, but good things are on their way (although this summer has been ridiculously insanely busy-busy in a good way.) I have a museum date with an awesome and cute girl on Monday who I believe will actually reciprocate my efforts and affections. And the tour is in two-ish weeks, so I'll finally have the chance to royally rock the everlivingfuck outta the US industrial scene (industrial scene? hahahaha) along with Brian and Haujobb. A million and one things to do before that period of time, which is providing some stress, but otherwise, I'd say I'm doing pretty well. I'm just glad I actually stayed cemented to the north this summer for the first time in my life. Yay for making the most of my youth. Current Mood: giddy

My grandfather went to get blood taken in the morning yesterday, and everything was fine. He'd always been in good health. When he got home he wasn't feeling too well from giving the blood, so he called my dad. He rushed over there to see what was up. He died in my dad's arms. Heart attack. Fucking sucks. Funeral is Thursday.

|50,000 Volts, Motherfucker
Went with Brian, Lance, and Tina last night to see Frontline Assembly at BB Kings in NYC. Amazing performance. Goddamn. Wound up getting a smashed Leeb keyboard (dates back to 96 according to Chris) as a trophy. Hung out with FLA all night pretty much. Smoked and drank with them until really late. Really awesome guys to chill with. DJ? Acucrack showed up sometime towards the tail end of the night and I made him spin Renegade DJ's. When we got back to Hoboken, Lance realized he had lost his keys. I wound up passing out in the Path Station until around 8am when the guy would get in to start work at the key-locky job thing. o_o Pics soon?

Went to Asbury Park on Wednesday with Trish to catch Psyclon Nine at the Stone Pony. I thought they put on a pretty fun show, but it was a pretty dead audience. I think Marshall said 65 showed up. So after they played, we just chilled in their RV all night drinking and whatnot. At some point Life Cried Chris showed up. Chris, Marshall, Trish, and I wound up going for a walk on the beach. I haven't been to the Jersey Shore in ages, so it was kinda neat. We were gonna break into some building under construction, but we noticed there were people there once we hopped the fence, so we jetted and played on some playground on the beach for a few.
On the beach.
Last night, Trish had wanted to go to the Allentown show they were playing. Sooo, I somehow magically gathered the strength to drive out to another show. The Croc Rock Cafe was really nice, and you could smoke indoors. I was surprised to see how big the backstage area was. The venue itself was packed... mostly with metalhead kids. P9 wrecked the place and got a huge pit going. We didn't hang around for too much longer after they played since they had to go up to Maine for the next day anyways. We drove out to Ursinus from there in the middle of the night, hung out there for maybe an hour, then drove 2 hours back again.
There's still plenty more to do this weekend. I'm going to sink into a coma afterwards.

Goddamn, my hair is short. I feel like drenching myself in fake blood for balance.
Also, some interesting news - Ben just informed me that the Albion-Batcave is kaput as of yesterday. A lot of good times at that place... We played four shows there within a year thanks to Ben. :/ I wonder when they're gonna tear down Q's for that new Devil's stadium crap?

|A change in aesthetics and freedoms
Took out my piercing yesterday, getting a membership to the gym and cutting off my hair tomorrow, and applying for a job as a waiter at upscale restraunts sometime in the near future. The only problem that I forsee with this is my complete disdain for any girls that I would attract as a result of all this.
I had another zombie dream last night. This time it was battling only one zombie with a bunch of friends in the middle of the woods on an island. We had to take a train that ran underwater to get there. The dream itself was pretty epic, and I think I got laid on the ride back to the mainland. Sweetmeats.

Ok. Another Dream last night.
This one is going back to my usual dream fare: Horror. And there is nothing I love more than Horror.
Goes something like this:
My family had bought some home out in either the NY or PA countryside about a couple of hours away from here. The house looked exactly like our place in FL in real life. A few blocks away from the house, there was a local diner thing with this big, abandoned, rickety looking house-mansion. When we stopped in at the diner for food, my mother and I asked about it, and some guy with the deed to the house was willing to sell it for 55,000. For some reason we said yes and bought it. We fixed it up and then had a huge house party. It was to be my place to stay, so there were plenty of people there that are friends with me locally and from the industrial scene. The house was massive inside. A labyrinth of rooms... But it wasn't actually haunted or anything crazy. The next day, the locals had conspired against me and my family because we were "rich, white suburban folk" and probably just all around pissed about the awesome party that I had just had. The guy that sold the deed came over and went on about how the place was actually haunted and that we needed to purify the house and everything would be a-ok. So they had one of their peoples that was a "professional" at that sort of thing lined up to come over. It was that little midget, freaky old lady from Poltergeist, and what she actually did was summon evil spirits into the house during her ritual. Of course, we didn't know that until after she left (EVEN THOUGH I HAD THIS DREAM FROM THAT ALL-KNOWING POINT OF VIEW). So then lots of freaky shit started happening that you can use your imagination to fill in, and when it culminated, I was screaming, desperately trying to get out of the house. I woke up at that point laughing. Horror dreams, to me, are as powerfully-awesome as sex dreams are to others. I feel good today. >:D REGIE SATANAS!
